About Prestige Management?
Prestige Management (a division of Listing Leaders Prestige real estate brokerage) was started by a group of investors who have flipped over 500 properties in NW Indiana and built a rental portfolio of over 50 doors. After using 4 local managers, they felt it was best to build their own management company and kick it up a notch providing property management services at a higher level. In addition to being industry leaders in the NWI market, they are in apartment deals in 4 states totaling nearly 1000 doors.
